Care AI Shimmer
A single spike like 143/109 with dizziness needs attention, even if your BP has settled since. In pregnancy, any reading above 140/90 should be reported to your treating doctor promptly, especially with dizziness.
Next Steps
Keep monitoring twice daily and note any headache, blurred vision, or swelling, and share the full record with your obstetrician at your next visit or sooner if it repeats.
Health Tips
If dizziness, severe headache, or vision changes return, don't wait, contact your doctor right away.

What you ate is not the reason for the high blood pressure You should keep a keen watch on your blood pressure records
