Hello doctor,
My lmp was 5th December 2025 and on 21 July 2026 i had my growth scan with Doppler study has been done and doctor is saying there is less blood flow to the baby and growth is also less..I am attaching my reports please tell us everything ok?
Is there chances of preterm delivery due to IUGR?

Yess there is fetoplacental insufficiency, weekly Doppler studies to be done .please take steroid coverage .chances of preterm delivery are there !

Yes,blood supply is reduced,but we need to follow up with weekly ultrasound
Also take steroid prophylaxis, as there is risk for preterm delivery
