I have undergone pcnl and rirs surgery previous year, recently my serum creatinine level showed 1.03. is there anything worries situation or need medication?

I see initial symptoms of asthma in me. What is the best I can do to prevent it and live normally without any medication?

My serum creatinine level in Aug 2022 was 1.36 which I reduced to 1.04 in november but it got back to 1.44 in december 2022 , in march 2023 it got reduced to 1.16 but today in May 2023  its again 1.23 .
