Spot urine examination revealed protein discharge having  ++++ and 24 hours urine  showed  leakage of 2.4 gram of protein per litre done four days back,ACER ratio 1507, Microalbumin - 369.3,creatinine 23.9 BP fluctuating 138/71 to 190 / 101 Today's result creatinine  1.6 and urea 49 Current medication for Sugar metformin  500 mg high blood pressure 1) Telma 40 mg once  and 2)minipress 2.5 mg (Bd) 3)For Piles -Daflon and 4)For Knee pain Paracetamol and glucosamine

My doctor prescribed me 3 vitamin d injection arachitol  injections for 1 week. Tuesday, Thursday and next Tuesday. Is it safe?

Hi, Since past several days I have been facing problem of frequent urination at almost every 2 hours due which I am always thirsty and with dry mouth and lips. Test for sugar don't show high sugar and USG of kidney is also normal. Not sure what exactly is the issue.

My dad has his dialysis session . His  pre dialysis weight was the same as the post dialysis weight . There was no problem in the entire dialysis session. But the weight s the same . Should we consult a doctor. Or is it fine ?

My father is 57 years old and having a creatinine level of 6.5 and urea is 181 WBC:20000 and has cardiac background and done PTCA 2 years back so with this creatinine level do we need dialysis ?
