Having issues sustaining focus

Hello Doctor, I’ve been noticing things in myself that make it very hard for me to focus, start tasks, and stay consistent especially with my studies. I often plan daily routines but feel stuck when it comes to actually executing things that I've planned. My mind tends to wander during my lectures and I find myself lost in my thoughts in the middle of the lectures. I also struggle with procrastination, zoning out, and overthinking. After reading more about ADHD, some of these things feel relatable, but I’m not sure if it’s just stress or something else. Could this possibly be ADHD? How should I approach understanding this better?

Frequent Panic Attacks and Brain Fog

Doctor, 2 years ago I had a severe panic attack after smoking We*D for first time and 2 days of not eating and no sleep. For 4-5 months after that, I felt no emotions at all. Recently, I had coffee on an empty stomach for days and got strong acid reflux. Since then, eating spicy food gives me heartburn and triggers panic attacks. I feel brain fog, confusion, and like I’m dying. One night after eating masala roti and smoking hookah and weed , loud noise triggered another intense episode. Now I feel stuck, overthinking, and mentally confused most of the time. Please help me understand if this is anxiety, gut-related, or something else. I want to feel normal again.

PANIC ATTACKS AND ECG

Is this report normal? Ive been having palpitations and pain in my left hand and chest for a week now. The palpitations reduce when i take my sos tablet clonazepam. But the hand pain is severe. The ecg says abnormal but when I sent it to my doctor he said it's normal and that there's nothing to worry because I've been dealing with panic attacks for years now and it's likely due to that. Please please help.
