Hello , i have taken leave from my job due to stress and after 18 days now i am feeling excited and happy and want to go back to my work ..so how can i get my Fit to work certificate. As in my office this certificate is needed, any doctor can write this on there letter head and send this that i am all fine and ready to join my job

Please tell me how to deal with social anxiety...everytime I am in group of people my voice becomes shaky heart beats fast. also I am having hand tremors Do I need medications?

How to build self confidence? I've a test coming up and I feel miserably low. I studied for it, from a very long time. I was dedicated. And as days are closing in, I'm finding myself more unfocused, and just being indifferent to everything.

I feel sad most of the time like something is not there I am married with a child and life is going on but though things r so stressful and empty I don't go anywhere nor met my family or friends in 3 years. That gives me missing feeling and don't feel like doing anything I do house work and take care of my baby though I feel lonely,  I laugh though feel sad inside, I fear that I am gonna die I always feel I am not well and I will die soon why is that feeling coming

How long does the post COVID anxiety last. Even with medication my brother still gets anxious once in 15 days. He is taking medicines for the last 2.5 months.

Doctor has suggested her betacap 20 mg for anxiety ,only in situation when she has anxiety. Is it safe because on internet it is showing somethinh else

My Brother is 46 yrs old he is suffering from tideness,lack of sleep stomach upset and lack of meditation while doing some work  although he is working since 1 month he can't sleep well and awekend at night and sacred he is loosing weight day by day iam attaching his medical report pls suggest Regards
