Trembling of hands in front of others
From last 10 months , i am suffering from hand trembling. It happens when i have to use my hands in front of others like giving money to someone, signing a paper in front of other, giving finger prints , Tying Rakhi to cousins etc. But it doesn't happen when i use my hands in front of my family members. I went to a few doctors but they didn't give me any medicine for it. They said it is due to anxiety. But the issue is i don't have any anxiety. I had chronic anxiety last year but after doing breathing yoga, meditation and family support , it has decreased a lot (95%) . This issue is decreasing my confidence. What could be the cause of this hands trembling? What should i do? Is it related to mental health? P.S - My thyroid is normal, Last year I was also diagnosed with PCOD due to anxiety or cortisol hormone but this year in January I successfully reversed it.

Hi . Social phobia,a form of anxiety,is something you need to know about. Anxiety is not a disorder which can be reduced to zero level with medicine and other key techniques. For long term results, you need to practice supportive treatment methods regularly
