You are a doctor, you understand well the importance of proper assessment Plan a visit with a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation of personality, mood symptoms, sleep pattern, autonomic symptoms that you mentioned, it's frequency, association with mood etc Do not worry, you will be fine once proper advice followed

Hello, Your hand tremors could be due to several causes-  including essential tremor, thyroid issues, vitamin deficiencies, anxiety, or medication side effects. Since you also have palpitations and anxiety, it’s important to rule out conditions such as hyperthyroidism, low vitamin B12, or heart rhythm problems. As a dentist, fine motor control is crucial, so identifying and treating the exact cause is essential before resuming full practice.
Next Steps
a. Consult a neurologist for a detailed tremor evaluation and possibly a tremor rating scale test. b. Get blood tests: thyroid profile, vitamin B12, vitamin D, fasting blood sugar, and electrolytes. c. Have a cardiology check-up (ECG ± Holter monitoring) for palpitations. d. Address anxiety with counselling or therapy - it can worsen tremors.
Health Tips
1. Limit caffeine and nicotine, as they can worsen tremors and palpitations. 2. Practice stress-reduction techniques like deep breathing or mindfulness before procedures. 3. Avoid self-medicating - especially with beta-blockers — without medical supervision. 4. Early treatment of the underlying cause can greatly improve tremor control. Hi Its understandable Hand tremors can be linked to anxiety, muscle fatigue, or sometimes neurological causes, so it’s best to get a medical check to rule out physical factors. If anxiety is contributing, daily relaxation training, slow breathing, and gradual exposure to dental tasks in short, low-pressure sessions can help retrain confidence. Therapy can address the anxiety–tremor cycle so it doesn’t interfere with your work. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

You’re naturally not confident enough. This might be the cause of the anxiety. Tc
