Hi, I can understand your suffering and also I appreciate u for reaching for the support. To diagnose a person as having OCD, some more information will be required. Washing hands is a compulsive behavior, I need to look into obsessions (repeated thoughts) and any other compulsive behaviors. Coming to the treatment,it can be treated with medications and CBT. You can contact for me further help and medications.
