Goosebumps and lightheaded
When I am in cold weather normally have tingling sensation in head but with cold weather when I hear some loud music  I feel goosbumps and tingling sensation in head it's is scary and at the time I feel lightheaded and chocking sensation I feel I am going to passout. I have history of Anxiety disorder but now no medication is taking

Looks like generalized anxiety,needs still more history for evaluation, consult Psychiatrist
