In how many days does paroxetine works in our body to show it's result for anxiety and stress. As I have started taking it since last 10 days

Serenace is made by rpg limited , they have changed its packaging and size recently .. earlier the 5mg tab was bigger and harder , now they have reduced its size so that one can swallow easily .. but after reducing size it breaks into two pieces when you try to take it out from strip . My question is that is it possible that by breaking haloperidol into two equal portions the  efficacy decreases , as my mother is not responding now .. it is not tolerence or any stressor thing as she is not taking for long , efficacy vs pieces any relationship ?

I have 6 months left for my marriage with this guy. But he has certain attitudes that i have felt. He misinterprets statements a lot, tells everything to his Mom, he fumbles sometimes. When i am talking about some issue he is looking somewhere else, when i say something he is silent and looking cold.. then answers sometimes later. On road or street he feels like he is numb and cannot decide what to do. Also he doesn't make eye contact suppose i am talking to him looking at him, he looks and responses looking at my ears. When he us angry he doesn't know what he is saying and loses control and doesn't let anyone else talk. Plus he is suspicious. And suppose i am talking and there is some sound suddenly he says who is there? Who is coming? etc... i have been with this guy for 7 months.. and these are the things i am finding out.. Please suggest me what to do now i am very much tensed.. These are some clear signs..

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy tiredness low energy, joint pains and head browsy. After doing small work feeling tired sleepy. After wake up not feeling refreshing. Due to this unable concentrate my work.  This  problem from  last 10 years. So many doctors are consulted but proble tablets for 2 months  but problem not solved. My MRI and EEG test also Normal. I consulted psychiatrist he is given depression tablets but problem solved. I am not over weight and I don't have  snoring. I consulted ENT doctor he says DNS and given medicines but problem not solved.Kindly suggest permanent solution.
