Hi i am taking nexito plus(5mg)tablet for last four years I am trying to taper this tablet. I am really depended on this. Having ulcer and weight gain issue. Please guide me on this

I am feeling shaky when I stand or move after having head massage 4 days ago and I also left depran l medicine for anxiety. or it is something else. Can somebody please clear what's the issue.

I had problem of social anxiety from many years so doctor prescribed 37.5 mg of pexep CR which I am taking in morning daily but still sometimes have a problem of panic attack in public transport so my question is this is the maximum dose which was prescribed by my psychiatrist online? I also take metoprolol 50 mg for high blood pressure

I am asking this question as to have professional opinion about the situation as I do not have knowledge about the condition and need enlightenment. I'm a healthy person living a healthy lifestyle but the problem is whenever I face any situation related to my past trauma which happened  probably 6-7years ago, I tend to get bit angry and sometimes says things which are not pleasant to hear and may be over the line and I tend to realise my mistake after sometime after realising what i spoke in anger and my parents always tell me you were very angry and overreacted to some specific situation. Is it normal to have these issues at this age or do I need to seek treatment?

From last 10 months , i am suffering from hand trembling. It happens when i have to use my hands in front of others like giving money to someone, signing a paper in front of other, giving finger prints , Tying Rakhi to cousins etc. But it doesn't happen when i use my hands in front of my family members. I went to a few doctors but they didn't give me any medicine for it. They said it is due to anxiety. But the issue is i don't have any anxiety. I had chronic anxiety last year but after doing breathing yoga, meditation and family support , it has decreased a lot (95%) . This issue is decreasing my confidence. What could be the cause of this hands trembling? What should i do? Is it related to mental health? P.S - My thyroid is normal, Last year I was also diagnosed with PCOD due to anxiety or cortisol hormone but this year in January I successfully reversed it.

I am wondering if its possible to get diagnose here in practo for adult Adhd through psychiatrist and get perscription for it

When I am in cold weather normally have tingling sensation in head but with cold weather when I hear some loud music  I feel goosbumps and tingling sensation in head it's is scary and at the time I feel lightheaded and chocking sensation I feel I am going to passout. I have history of Anxiety disorder but now no medication is taking

Can OCD and trichotillomania be treated just by counseling without medicine ... please suggest ... I had OCD and trichotillomania before , then I tried to control myself... it did help and I thought that it was all normal... but recently I can feel that I am obsessive and repeated thoughts which are about unimportant things but I am not able to get over them ... also I have started pricking my hair and I am not able to control it ... please help

I'm Taking Anxit 0.25mg 1 tablet daily at night since 1 and half month. Now, I want to stop that sleeping pill? How can I stop that safely without any widthrawal symptoms?
