I m having sensations of dizziness
From last 10 days i have been feeling my head spinning
I really feel like i m sitting on a loud vehicle which is traveling 120kmph in a straight lane
I have been eating great more than usual since this 10days even drinking juices so i m sure that this dizziness sensations aren't due to weakness
My BP is also mostly normal so i know that it isn't my BP is it vertigo? I ate vertin 16 and sturgeon for two days I didn't found any change not even a bit change
I m having fatigue and head-ace is it somatisation ?

Your symptoms could be psychogenic in nature. Rule out any ENT related problem and consult a psychiatrist then.
