Dizziness lighthead non spinning vertigo
Yesterday night I wake up from sleep and felt I'm having vertigo... Feel like my head spinning from inside... Even feel dizzy n lighthearted... I'm so much panic so I have taken petril 0.5 Mg and then try to sleep got difficulty to sleep... From morning I'm wake up I'm feeling dizzy and having non spinning vertigo... My head spinning inside can't focus on anything... My vitals are normal... It happened mostly when I'm in sleep and wake up and feel I'm panic and having unexpected feeling... It's happening nowdYs very often but yesterday it was very long and still feel that issue... Kindly advise something.. Mostly I got panic attack and non spinning vertigo dizziness attack in sleep... I'm diabetic type 2...
