Taking paroxetine from three months on first month taking 12.5 mg and on second month taking 25mg and on 3rd month taking 37.5 mg in morning but having problem of panic attack sometimes whenever I am in public transport or fear of judgement but now when I talk with psychatrist online then he told me that this is the maximum dose which was given.... But now he told me to switch to other medicine which is depsonil 25 ...so is it ryt decision?

My mom was taking gas medicines along with (mankind placida once a day) for 3 months and after that she changed to anxit 0.25mg ones daily at night since 1 and half month because of facing fear, fast heartbeat and insomnia. She feels dizzy every morning and now she wants to go off with that sleeping pill? How can she tapper off without any withdrawal symptoms?

I was taking pari cr 37.5 twice at same time by mistake from 2 days in morning so is there any need to worry

I'm taking amitone 10 n ciplar LA 20 for anxiety n worry nature... Sometimes during midnight, my heart beats too fast... Which becomes normal after drinking water and the day time too it's normal... How to manage this situation? I have anxiety n panic attacks... And I noticed sometimes, cold weather also triggers it.. Should I need to add medicine for heart beat? Thank you

I do not have a question as such, but have been using this app for quite some time and have taken a few consultation across all dept. I'd love to extend my gratitude to all the doctors ( especially the psychiatrists). I'm still taking the psychiatric treatment for my ailment, however over the years, the respect for a doctor has just increased in my eyes. Physical issue is one thing and mental health is completely another. To deal with patients with suicide tendency to someone whose depressed to someone whose forgetting things to someone who is losing his own self and is behaving way weirdly to someone who has problems with their sleep and to someone who is addicted to certain things. Although I've just mentioned a handful of things, but I guess u need a lot of courage to be a psychiatrist apart from the degree. You have to deal with alot, infact u deal with few of the most dangerous and addictive drugs. You seriously need alot of recognition that you actually get. Thank you.

Once addicted to weed.Now don't smoke weed since last 4-5 years.But too much forgetful.And always feel anxiety internally. Is there any treatment?

Is it safe to take pexep CR 37.5 MG along with metoprolol 50 mg in morning because my general physician prescribe metoprolol 50 mg for high BP and and psychiatrist online prescribe pexep CR 37.5 so I take it daily from one week so I want to know is it safe to take it at same time
