Since the pandemic started I have been in home and do not have many friends or someone to talk with regularly,although we all 4 family members chatting with each other ...but because of this isolation I have issues of anxiety and depression...I had consulted and got prescribed etilaam 0.25mg twice in day/night and pexep cr12.5 mg ...but in April we got covid and my anxiety was normal but now again I have to start the medication ...so wanted to know how long will it take to cure my anxiety? I am too much worried as I have lots of plans for my future but due to this anxiety I feel depressed... Please provide your advice Thanks in advance

Hi ...my mom is suffering from depression. Doctor ask for the MRI for brain and in her report we found everything is normal except bilateral corona radiate S/O chronic ischemic change . What does it means . Is this something concerning ?

I've been consulting an excellent psychiatrist for the past 3+ months. I was diagnosed and prescribed various medicines over this period according to my symptoms/improvements. I am currently on D-Veniz 100 mg along with Melatonin, however the medical stores near my house only have a stock of D-Veniz 50 mg. The pharmacist says it is safe to take two D-Veniz 50 mg which would equal to 100 mg since 100 mg tablet is unavailable. Please advise if this is okay?

I am taking esciaan lite tablets for anxiety disorder last 3 months now its makes me excessive sleepiness in day time and feeling fatigue can't ale to work what to do first I strted with escitalaprom 15 mg then reduced to 12.5 and now 10mgs with clonazepam0.25 mg but now only I face this side effects pls guide me

I'm having Prazonal (xx1) for panic disorder, I'm also experiencing derealization due to this. Can you please suggest a proper course or time period ideal for medication to prevent any kind of relapse in future? Thanks

I had 2 panic attacks within a month but second attack was accompanied by derealization, which is always a trigger for panic when I think about it. It is there from the time I had second panic attack. Currently I'm taking Prazonal tablets at night. Since I've been taking tables I'm getting rest from derealization in the morning but by the evening and night it start to come and more when I think about it which is accompanied by fatigue and rapid heartbeat. How long should it take to derealization to go away as it is hampering my daily activities. Views welcomed. Thanks.

We had consulted a psychiatrist He had diagnosed as karsakoff psychosis. Treatment is giving some control. No other co morbidies. Vitals stable. Should I continue sodium valproate? Olanzapine? Haloperidol Lorazepam
