I have problem of anxiety related high blood pressure and high pulse rate and and my general physician prescribe metoprolol er 50 mg but when I take up in your from psychiatrist online he prescribed Pari CR 25 along with propranolol sr 40 for social anxiety so my question is - - metoprolol and propranolol both are same or different , if different then which one is better for social anxiety related high blood pressure
