Is their any difference b/w clinical psychologist and psychiatrist.if so then what is the difference.and to whom a person should contact to control the mind or excessive thought

Psychiatrist and psychologist are both deal with mental disorders and mental problems.
Some problems needs medication then psychiatrist give tgem medicine .
Some problems needs mental health management then psychologist Offer them psychotherapy and counselling.
Some problems needs both then patient have to consult both of them.
