Clinical Depression
Hi I'm suffering from clinical Depression from past 6 months I'm taking medication encorate 400 MG. Recita 10 MG and Risodone 2 MG. Also currently I'm doing TMS depression seems to ease now. Will I require maintenance TMS per month basis. And how much duration I need medicine. Usually I sleep a lot and do exercise. But I feel lazy and lethargic. What foods and vitamins can I take

Usual time of treatment of first episode depression after total recovery will be 6-12 months time. If it is going to be a persistent depressive disorder, much longer time. Good luck.
