Doubt b/w 2 medicine for social anxiety
Recently i take opinion from two doctor for social anxiety disorder from many years ...so one doctor prescribed paxil cr 12.5 mg (0-0-1) and another doctor prescribed nexito 10 (0-0-1) ..so now i am confused between these two which should i take ..plz clear my doubt which one is effective for social phobia ( escitalopram vs paxil cr ) ..thanks in advance

Both are good option but as per my experience Paroxetine is better than Escitalopram

Bith are good drug
It’s just every doctor is having different priority according to their experiences
As per my advice if you are having panic attacks (sudden severe short lasting anxiety episodes) along with social anxiety then paxil is better choice for you otherwise both are good molecules..
