Can I take bcozules z capsule while taking paxidep cr . Any interactions or problems taking them together ?

I get extremely angry at every other person I meet. It is never just anger. It directly goes to the rage state even if it's something as silly as delay in delivery. I also feel extremely anxious almost every day. Sometimes I shiver, tremble, feel restless and rarely get chest pain along with the above. Not sure what can help. I tried going to a stress management clinic where I was given homeopathy medicenes and I think my anger and anxiousness worsened.

I have been given aripiprazole for depression with other antidepressants and lamotrigine. Earlier it was given without lamotrigine. Doc is saying that doesn't matter if aripi didn't work last time. With lamotrigine it can work. It is about Permutations and combination. Is it so? I have been taking meds for years. Is it something that can work. If it doesn't. I would change the doc. I don't want my doc to give meds just coz he has tried enough. Help plz.

I am on escitalopram 10mg+ clonazepam 0.5mg for anxiety disorder since past 14 days. Yesterday, I stopped clonazepam 0.5 and continuing escitalopram 10mg only. Should I stop it slowly or is it ok?

Will taking vortioxetin causes sleepiness or will it cause insomnia ?  Taking Vortioxetin 5mg is advisable at night or morning ?

I usually lay in bed for almost 2 hrs but am unable to sleep . Pls help me to sleep properly and quickly

I can hear people's thoughts sometimes which are very negative like what I think I hear in someone else's voice who is near me and it hurts my feelings

Very recently I've been facing behavioural and thought Related problems , consulted a psychiatrist and doctor said this might be ocd and caused because of low serotonin levels in brain , i would like to how much span would it take for my serotonin levels get back to normal , would i ever be normal again in my life without these obsessive and disturbing thoughts.

I am getting same thought again and again ... After a quarrel is over with someone ..I am making multilple dialouge in my mind for the same situation. And then fantacising about what needs to be said and I have not said... Same thought is makeing me feel bad, and I am not able to focus on any work. After I get up in morning same thought will start again in no time ... This will remain an issue for weeks and then goes by its own .. Do I need to see Phychiatrist , or this is normal ?

I have this constant feeling like that I have nothing to look forward to in life and I don't really feel happy about anything as such for a long time. What's wrong with me?
