Respected doctors I saw a ghost yesterday my question do Ghost exist or it's just my thoughts I am very sacred

My sister is having pain in upper side around breast and lower back. She had consulted in past regarding this and doctor had a session with her motivated her, she was as feeling well after that session. we had consulted with another doctor regarding this (day before yesterday) but he was not able to locate the exact problem and suggested us to contact heart specialist, however she is not having any ache around her heart. She is not on medication as of now, please look into this.

Hello doctors, I have been talking medicines for the last 1.5years but i am not completely fit. My condition has become better than before but still i do not fell completely normal. My sleep is not fresh and i fell heavyness in my head all the time and panic sometimes at night. For that i take lonazep md. 5.i get dreams all the time. For the last 1.5 years i am getting constant dreams 4-5 maybe thats why my sleep is not fresh. With all this a lot of times a constant thought is stuck in my head and due to this my anxiety increases. Usually the thought is about guilt, something like my studies which i could have done better in my past.my mind tells me all the time that whatever i do now, i wont be able to get the respect from OthersMost of the time it feels like i am not living in reality, everything seems unreal and i feel like a robot like i am not able to fell emotions. I would love to consult doctors on Practo here if you have a solution for my problem. Thanks for reading
