I think I have Asperger's as I have difficulty in social interaction, very little facial expressions and always silent

Can inderal  20mg  be taken for exam anxiety? or sustained release is required only? and what could be the possible side effect' if any?

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy tiredness low energy. After doing small work feeling tired sleepy. After wake up not feeling refreshing. This  problem from  last 10 years. So many doctors are consulted but problem not solved. My blood test, sugar test, thyroid test are normal. I already used vitamin D and calcium tablets for 2 months  but problem not solved. Kindly suggest permanent solution

What is the dose of propanolol for anxiety due to exams? and what could be possible side effects. I have inderal, can it be used or only extended release tablet should be used??

Patient lost her mother in April 21, she's blaming herself for her death. She's unable to proceed for her student or articleship life even after due efforts and after all this she is getting suicidal thoughts. We all are unable to get her to a counsellor. Looking for way so that she could give her consent for the same and we can bring her to a counsellor for a few session. After many requests she declined to meditate or any other way to get of the situation. Help me out how can we ask her to go for a session or how to tackle this situation when I'm the only person in her contact.

I am prescribed Duvanta 40mg for anxiety disorder. I cannot stay asleep longer than 3 hours or so. Which would be a good medicine among these for sleep? Mirtaz 7.5mg , qutipin 25mg, trazadone 25mg or nitrest 5mg? By the way, these are all prescribed by different drs. I have not tried them yet. Thanks.

I have been prescribed duvanta 40 mg for anxiety disorder and depression. Still have sleep issues. I tend to be awake in 2-3 hours. I had been prescribed before by other drs. Mirtaz , quitipin etc. Which would be good for sleep which can taken with Duvanta? Mirtaz or quitipin?

I am getting too much of moodswings, especially during my periods time it is getting worse. At one point I can feel that I am yelling at others for no reason but I cannot control it. I am eating well not medical conditions, working as a project manager for an IT concern and no professional stress. Doing work from home since COVID lockdown, then and now go for a drive to ease out my anxiety but still sumthng annoying me. At time I don't feel like talking to anyone even to my husband, but also feeling like none is here to take care of me Most of the times I feel like crying for no reason.. Is there anything tht I need to follow to get rid of it?

Hello Doc, I have a fear of buildings which are old. I mean jiska paint nikalta h aur fir woh greyish black dikhne lagte h. I feel weird looking at those buildings. I m even claustrophobic. I want an open park or garden in front of my house.. if it's a building , especially discolored. Then i get anxious / depressed. Please let me know wats this.

My father, aged 75y, had to undergo a leg fracture surgery when a car hit him during evening walk. He has been taking Ambulax 0.25mg once a while to mitigate old age anxiety / stress. But, post this recent surgery & hospitalization, followed by an episode of lowering of electrolytes in hospital, and urology related issues too, high levels of anxiety & stress right from evening and through the entire night, are making him very restless & nervous. Can some anti depressent be given to him which can be stopped after few weeks of being restricted in the bed, and is non-addictive?
