Is triodothyronine still prescribed with antidepressants for depression treatment. I have tried many meds(10+). I asked doc to prescribe this. He told me, it's not much useful. It's not prescribed nowadays. Is that so? Can it really help me ?? Is it really not being used much now for depression??

Unable to sleep for few days doctor prescribed lonazep 0.5 which helped me to sleep however the moment I stoped the medicine I am not able to sleep why this is happening when I don't have any external stress, I go regular to gym... No sleep creating anxiety to me... Please suggest as the above pill is habit forming hence not want to continue...

I recently saw a video in which same person is shown maths video and Star War film. While watching first the person was rotating his chair and constantly moving while sitting and he was constant while watching Star Wars. This is very similar to my situation. I have a lot to struggle with Maths and I think it is because I lack discipline but I am starting to doubt it. I cannot focus on Maths of other similar things like giving exams etc. I like things like watching or doing it myself. Do I have ADHD?
