Tapering medicines doesn't reduce increased serotonin . Because my doctor kept १ week gap of medicine. So can i get withdrawl symptoms

Hi, From today morning I feel muscle tight ness in my chin. Is it because of stress. I sometimes feel I get panic attacks I tested my thyroid and cbc. It is normal. Please suggest.
