Hello am on ventab dxt 25 tab for low interest and lack of concentration issue, am taking this from last 4 days in morning, but I feel after taking it I feel bit of drowsiness. What to in such case plz help?

I am having healthanxiety issues since seven months i am suffering with headpain on top right side neck back is this due to anxiety i am worried about it

Sleep problems in night since one month's. And continuos eye pain with headache, body pain and feet burning and tingling

Not able to sleep for last 5 days I was having anxiety problem in Jan 2021 took medicine for 3 months Nexito Plus and then stopped as I was felling well under Doctor advice.. Now again for last 5 days not able to sleep.. Why this problem is recurring again and again as I don't have any external disturbance... Please suggest as I don't want to start medicine again... Moreover doing Yoga, Gym at morning..

My friend is clever and very normal in talking today also ,  but over a period of 15 years we are noticing , he can't stick to any job , business he made loss . He blames several people for his condition. Also he blames few  people who help him . if he is angry on them he was found murmuring abusive words even while watching TV. He is always giving excuses for not doing job .He has severe anger problem , very poor in decision making and gets abusive and occasionally violent. Since 5 to 6 years he keeps saying that he wants to die . He cant do job. We feel he can't work under anyone. Once a doctor recommended tranquilizer to him but he left after 6 mths and suffered with withdrawal symptoms. Now he refuses to show to any doctor. Can these be symptoms of any psychotic disorder? He doesn't hv any hallucinations or delusion .He doesn't listen to anyone on family but expects his parents to listen to him or else he throws tantrums.Pl share your opinion as  can this can be psychotic symptom
