9hi am using cool lip (smokeless tobacco) from past six years. I want to be quiet from it. Recently I tried to quiet but I can't. Please do the needful.

Is there any medical treatment for adjustment disorder? apart from psychological counseling if yes, then how long will it take to recover?

From varanasi, Its for my brother's wife, she had lost her father earlier and 4 month ago recently her mother died due to covid. She is a mother of 2+ year old Son. And had gone thru abortion as family wanted to keep some difference between between children. She feel his husband didnt do much to save her mother and blame my brother and mother for abortion too. She gets angry on anything or any situation or sometimes just go mute or Sad without saying anything. And at last she says - missing her mother etc. she doesnt go along with others and has no close frnds. My bro try to keep calm but sometimes my brother lose his temper and shout Now we dont understand what to do and if we will try medical help she may take it wrong and feel we are thinking she is mad or something Please suggest can medication be done without her knowledge. Situation is not very severe yet but my bro is getting frustrated.

Sometimes I developed visual aura likers exhibition which can be resolved within a hour, I am on anxiety medication but I have a constant fear of another attack of visual aura how to cope with that?

I did my MBA den got placed then was working in a very reputable company and position It was Dec 2020 when I lost my brother he was 10years younger to me...I didn't only choose my brother I lost the will to live more ... and I willingly left my job on Jan 2021..........As he was the only member in my fmly with whom I was very close to... I don't know whether I am depressed or I need medical guidance as being from a small city taking help from psychiatrist may create humor of me being a mental patients... But I am ready to take any severe medications be it be electrical therapy to get out of it... I don't how how to get out of it ...please help

Hey doctor i am escitalopram 5mg tablet.But i am facing acidity problem. So I can take tablet Enteric coated Rabeprazole sodium and Domperidone SR Capsule .

I have anxiety issues and have sleeping problem so doctor suggested me these medicines. 1.Cipralex 5mg 2.Arpizol 2mg 3.Lonazep 0.2 mg But after taking these medicines I am feeling very sleepy and drowsy throughout the day and also sleeping time at night is also increased by 10 hours..what should I do plzzzz help...should I half my medicines
