Two tablets at one time can be taken of NEXTIO PLUS I am suffering from anxiety disorder please one tablet is not sufficient

I have been experiencing difficulty falling asleep for almost 6 months now. Recently I have been taking melatonin supplements for like a week and i feel like it's helping me fall asleep and also prevents waking up in between. I tried to sleep without taking a tab today and couldn't fall asleep. So i would like to know is it safe to take melatonin supplements everyday and for how long would it be okay to take continuously?

Iam taking medicine for stomach from past 4 years, I had gone through endoscopy reports suggest that patient take stress and tention which cause streches in stomach, but now a days i feel weakness in legs and body like someone had beaten me, I wake up sometimes in condition like someone had beaten me up and feel like tired my ears become blocked when I fell asleep I feel dizziness like I'll slip to back, headaches sometime above eye and forhead, Uneasiness in stomach and something stuck in throat and chest please any one who can suggest me what is going on with me

Doctor has prescribed me Zolpidem-10 mg only if I can't fall asleep. My main problem is that I do feel sleepy but still can't sleep because I have exam the next morning and I am afraid that if I couldn't woke up I'll miss the exam. So can I take Zolpidem 10mg tonight ? I want to sleep at night and also to wake up early in the morning. Please help.

Hello doctor, I am really unwell and depressed. I don't feel like doing anything anymore. Neither I feel hungry nor like sleeping. My sleep cycle is not at the fixed time I feel like sleeping very late night and thus get up late. In my family there is always quarrels going on. I don't feel like talking to anyone. I feel like staying alone. But there is always someone to disturb me. In class 10 I was an average student but now I have lost interest in studies. I always feel like crying. I always feel like I am sick I don't know what to do, my family don't even understand my concerns. They don't want to take me to the doctor or consult online. What shall I do doctor I don't how can I get out of this. I didn't have the courage to say all this but somehow I discussed it with you. Please help me..

I have anxiety disorder taking paxidep 12.5 mg, propanolol and clonazepam 0.25 mg, although my anxiety is much better it feel like 70% recovered but sometimes i have anxiety attacks, i my query is recently i had chest pain which on moving my upper body increase or decreased but moving my whole body didnt really make a difference, and i started to have anxiety, with excessive sweating,(that scared me) although the pain was mild but it was piercing/stabbing/aching pain but quite mild and was localized at the same point, plus i was also having acidity (it can be heartburn also) belching wasthere also so ihad an ecg which camenormal , plus i also hadecgand echo 49 days back and both were normal but i consulted a doctor he said even normal ecg does not rule out angina, and i have too much risk factor 26.8 bmi with sedentary lifestyle and high ldl cholesterol, although i am taking measure to vontrol everything. Please help doctor, what should i do. Is it angina already i am 21 , no genetic

I have contnue pain in left headside, irregularity of thoughts, sleeping is not good and no fresh feel ,if I read book at time of sleeping on bed I get good sleep,due to pain I m not able to concentrate on anything effectively

I am suffering from OCD and I am taking sertraline 200mg from 5 months and whenever I feel anxiety I take clonazepam 0.5 mg and then I feel relaxed and calm .will clonazepam affect antidepressants?

I think i might have ADHD. But I've never been diagnosed properly and was hoping for an expert opinion. I have a lot of symptoms and might need a little helping hand with therapy...
