I have been prescribed Rexipra 10 mg, buspirone 5 mg and melatonin 3 mg with etizolam SOS. Can these medicines affect my periods or delay it? Is there any correlation?

Hello doctor After my c section delivery I was facing anxiety issue that's via doctor suggest me escigress 10 every night. I m using same from last 2 months. I want to ask... 1) will it affect my baby health bcoz she is on 100% breastfeed. 2) is this medicine will harm my health in future 3) is there any other alternate of this medicine Please help

Hello, I am writing this for my 29 yrs old sister who went through a series of hallucinations and voices in her head around 3.5 years ago. She also carried very strange but firm beliefs about people trying to hurt her and trying to control her through sci-fi methods. She was hospitalised for a couple of weeks and then was on medication (Alkepin) and counselling sessions for the last 3 years and also was feeling much better. However, recently she has started behaving in the same way where she has unfounded beliefs about others trying to hurt her and has also stopped taking medication. The doctor has denied to tell my parents about the name of her condition and has suggested that we perform Rorschach and MMPI-2 tests if we want to know what has happened to her. Please help.

I am feeling low. Not able to get quality sleep. Headache neck stiffness.. Feels like something in my throat..I have cleaning ocd..what should I do..right now I can't fix an appointment ..I want some advice so that I can fix it on my own at least for some period of time.

Respected Doctors, I feel fatigued throughout the day. The feel of fatigueness mostly is in the both sides of the head, palms and feet. Don't want to leave my bed in the morning. Always feel sleepy. Difficulty in concentrating. I also have hypothyroidism and taking thyroxine tab. 50mcg. I Have been taking escitalopram 10mg (reduced the dose to 5mg since last 3 months) from last 1.5 years. Taking Modafinil 100mg from last 10 days. But nothing seems to work. Even just after taking modafinil after breakfast I feel sleepy and go for sleep. Want to know if it will be good for me to switch to homeopathy medicine, because allopathy is not working. Please suggest. Note:- Even now while I'm typing this. I feel like my brain is hijacked by fatigue and telling me to close my eyes and sleep.

I'm having lot of stress as my exams are coming near ... my main problem is severe headache due to stress since 10 days I'm using sertraline 100mg but still headache continues .. not able to concentrate on studies very much worried about results that's why taking lot of stress I have used sertraline 100mg in the past for 3-4 months for same problem but now when I again started using the same my stress is not decreasing.. pls help me with my problem doctor Pls suggest any medication
