Pain under right lower rib
Iam started using pari cr from yesterday for panic and anxiety especially fear of death and health anxiety . But now I have a mild pain on lowe rib near epigastric or right hypochondrium . What causes this is this a side effect ?

Paroxetine can cause hyperacidity, leading to above symptoms, you can take Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg in the morning before breakfast for a week and see how you feel. If the symptoms persist, consult your treating Doctor
