I am getting very panic and anxiety in public functions and parties. My hands and legs are shivering during that time. Even I can't cut cake in my birthday .very shaky . I can't hold the cup of tea or coffee. Will Rivotril 0.5mg tablet help me ? Can I take this in public functions? Pls suggest..

I can't overcome my depression. I switch to alcohol for a better sleep. But now I'm realising that it is ruining my every relationship and I want to get rid over it. I want to overcome this situation.

Is an attempt to suicide punishable ? Will the person be put behind the bars? If yes, then there's lot of people admitted in hospital for a suicide attempt so why aren't they charged?

Iam started paxidep 12.5 for two weeks and 25 mg for one week till today with prescription of psychiatrist for stress, anxiety and panic symptoms but I have no heart related issues or normal ecg pattern on multiple ecgs before taking paxidep . Currently after taking this paxidep some times a mild upper left chest pain that comes and go within 1- 2 minutes sometimes . Can I continue or stop the medicine ?

Hi I'm taking desvenlafaxine for the past 5 months and now my physcatrist have added fluoxetine weekly once with old medication Is it risky to mix these two drug ? Will it worsen my condition? And please someone clarify I read tat antidepressants cause sucidal thoughts is tat true ? I'm afraid that even I'll get those thoughts And pls let me know which is better fluoxetine or desvenlafaxine ?

Treating for generalized anxiety disorder. Last 2 weeks before got chest pain. Have undergone ECG,Echo and TMT test and all were normal. Taking anti-depressants for about a 10 days . Now, suddenly heart palpitation started. Is it normal what I'm facing ? or  Is it heart related issue?
