I wake up everyday with a heavy heart.. feeling of insecurity. I dont know who is right or wrong. Who should be given more importance. What is right for me. I find myself in confusion all the time. I feel tired all day. I am unproductive and bad thoughts keep crossing my mind. Want to consult someone today who can understand me and my issues and come up with the right treatment and counselling. Whom should I consult?? Help.

Sir 1.can I take other medicines like dolo 650, acidity tablet or sucrafil/gaviscon when I take  medicines you prescribed? 2.can I do Surya namaskar when I'm in periods? Please reply to my queries I have attached the medicines you prescribed

Hello doctor, I really need a expert's advice for my problem. Earlier I had extraordinary remembering capacity but from 6-7 months my capacity to remember things for long has been declining at huge rate. In class 10 boards I scored good marks and wanted to go to kota for IIT preparation. We don't have a good coaching in Assam. I was admitted to a coaching which I didn't like at all because they were befooling us by teaching only boards syllabus they took 89k for one year and said that they will be teaching us for jee. I tried to get out of the coaching( 9-10 times )but failed every time. And under my parents presure I had to remain in the same coaching. Many times I had suicidal thought But the only thing which kept me motivated was the thought that I will get out of it in 5months I am not able to properly express my concern and therefore no one believes me.I really don't know what to do. Hi doctor, I am getting mad day by day due to hypochondria. I am under treatment and taking preoxtine 37.5 but not feeling bettrt. I am so tensed with hypochondria specially colon cancer that I keep checking my anus with tissue paper for any blood ( even I have never seen any blood while passing stool). I am getting mad. Dnt know which speclist doctor would help me... Taking mind for sucide sometime ... Please help 🥺🥺

After i started taking sertraline tablets 200 mg per day, i started getting blood clotting in my body. My legs swell and i get redness in my legs when i stand. I feel that my legs are becoming like stone. Can sertraline cause this?

I have a problem of social anxiety related high blood pressure ( upto 160 / 110 ) and pulse rate upto 140 even after taking amlip 10 whenever in social situations  . So my general physician told me to stop amlip 10 and start metaprolol 50 mg and i also take second opinion from another doctor online where he prescribed beatcap tr 40 ...Now i am confused between these two medicine which should i take - betacap tr 40 or metoprolol 50 for anxiety related high blood pressure Nd pulse rate ...plz clear my doubt which should i take ( plz note my all blood reports  are totally normal )

Is there any test for depression patients to determine whether they are suffering from depression or not based on levels of hormones like serotonin? If yes can there be a hormonal assay for it as well that can indicate the presence of illness and the need for cure?

I have been diagnosed with migraine almost 2.5 years back I consulted a neurologist and was under medication for almost 1 years then I shifted to psychology and was doing my treatment but due to covid and all I was not able continue my medication , now again I'm not able to sleep back from 3 days and feeling restless and getting irritated on lil things .

Hello Sir, Couldn't able sleep completely, I'm waking up after every 1 hour and too many dreams are coming. Please help me how can I overcome this.
