My mom was taking gas medicines along with (mankind placida once a day) for 3 months and after that she changed to anxit 0.25mg ones daily at night since 1 and half month because of facing fear, fast heartbeat and insomnia. She feels dizzy every morning and now she wants to go off with that sleeping pill? How can she tapper off without any withdrawal symptoms?
