29. Male. 5'6". 74 kg. Currently on paliperidone 75 Mg monthly depot injection. My thinking is antipsychotic (paliperidone) that I am taking is causing me to have ADHD-like symptoms (for example to be bored easily). I have read that paliperidone blocks d2 receptor but can have effect on ADHD symptoms which are caused by low dopamine by d1 receptor blockade. I asked my treating psychiatrist he says paliperidone doesn't affect D1 receptor in mesocrtical pathways which are implicated in ADHD? Who is correct ? I wanted a second opinion.

Suffering from chronic fatigue and insomnis since last 1 year. My doctor has given me zolpidem 5 mg and melatonin 3 mg for insomnia. With this i can fall a sleep but staying a sleep is still very very difficult. Hardly get 3-4 hrs sleep. So next day too much drowsiness and more fatigue. Cant increse melatonin dose as it is causing me bodypain and leg pain. What to do for staying a sleep. I am already doing yoga and meditation and avoiding screen time.

It's been nearly a month, I can't sleep at night, no matter how much I try, l barely sleep at night,even if I fall sleep it's for nearly an hour then I wake up, it affects my day badly as I suffer from body soreness, sleepiness in day and tiredbess. I m extremely annoyed by myself because I am feeling jealous from my elder sister I hate when my mom starts caring for her and when she gets worried about her life I m so irritated by this act of my mom I can't even help out I also feel bad for her but I feel like she just exaggerated things and my mom start being over protective to her and even I m feeling sad or I have my own problems I don't share it with my mom and I try not to give her more worries because she already have enough because of my sis but then I feel bad that why can't she handle things on her own or why can't my mom get worried about me even I show that every is fine plz anyone can help me feel better I m so worried anxious irritated and helpless

Taking arip mt 5 mg, olet plus 5mg( new medicine added for overthinking recently 15 days ago), Esta plus, Trennil 2 mg, Miramax for post psychotic depression for about 2.5 months. Now weight gain in the belly and waist area which is very distressed. my mother is no longer able to eat rice or non-vegetarian food during lunch and dinner. She says she has no appetite. When she tries to eat, she feels discomfort and says things like, "I’m going to die," "I can’t eat," and "I don’t feel like eating." She says her body feels very weak. Is this normal? When we try to make her eat forcibly, she feels nauseous. I have attached LFT, Lipid profile, amylase, lipase, sugar fasting, USG whole abdomen report. Doctor please check. What to do?
