I am thinking of taking Magnesium L-Threonate for sleep only Should it be taken before bed for better sleep? Or can it be taken any time of the day for sleep?

If I reduce dosage of sleep medicines like Zolpriest, deepout while waking up I get continuous burst of thoughts and dreams which i unable to control and forehead pains a lot whole day. These thoughts and dreams are no where related to me. Why it happens. I have been on sleep medication for 4-5 years

I am from India I have taken 7 to 8 titanos shot in 15 years duration I have no memory about my child time vaccination 3 year before 1 tt shot then 1.5 year another one and 7 month before one Tt shot for minor injury Today a minor bleeding cut happen in my hand by lock of my drawer So can I take another Tt shot or my previous vaccination works for me

I am on nexito 10mg and inderal LA 40mg.My main concern is excessive self taking by creating imaginary scenerios.I have tried writing it on paper and other techniques.But nothing much effective.So someone please tell the best way to get rid of it or to even control it
