Son 3.5 yrs speaks all things you ask him .. pretty well understands what ever you teach him.. His verbal skills are good but he does not want to write or hold pencil at all... He knows all colors n recognises things but when it comes to coloring or anything or writing part he refuses .. He does not want to look at books n refuses don't want to write... Rarely mixes with kids around n does not mix up.. At school level too he needs lot of improvement . Kindly suggest if this is Occupational therapy need

Sir, My father aged 67 years had a confused behaviour, dementia with insomnia and also imagination of sounds, things which do not exist too in the April, 2014. Then he did not sleep for 5-6 days continuously. Then we consulted a local psychiatrist who prescribed Lorazepam 2 mg once daily at night with Quetiapine 50 mg twice daily. On the first dose of the medicines he had a very good sleep one night and in the morning he became completely normal..Then We continued the medicines with reduced doses for some days and then withdrawn. Now In March 2016 this year He again had the same symptoms together with insomnia. But this time I noticed that just before going to this abnormal condition He felt a very heavy Headache as said by him at that time and suddenly he shouted for the pain and went again to that bad condition. But this time he had a more severe memory loss. And this time too the same medicines were prescribed by the Doctor together with Clonazepam 0.25 mg.

Ya she is still studying and her husband is not yet settled he is just earning 12000 per month... She is facing problems from him and also hiz family.. Though she lives with her mom..

I feel very tired, sleepy & lack of energy after small tasks like going to market/cinema hall, dusting , mop etc & also excessive tiredness in sole (bottom of feet) especially in summers. Last year, my health reports were ok except very low vitamin d lvl & i took weekly 60k supplement for 2 months & now taking it monthly. I also feel mild pain in left knee while walking in stairs from last 2 months. I hv no friends,so no phone calls, I remain at home mostly, preparing for gov job exam through self study & internet. I feel a kind of sadness, loneliness, tension & lack of enthusiasm/energy. I sleep late (2-3 am) and get up late 9-10 am. I hv problem of shyness/nervousness while talking with people. My tummy started showing out but hands are thin like skeleton also I have less physical strength/capability than other people of my age. I don't eat junk food/smoke/alcohol/tobacco etc. but eat biscuit, mixture etc. Please suggest any test/treatment. Thanks...

I am constantly worried. My mind never relies calm and cool. I am constantly feared. Fear of death , mine , my relatives who are fine. Negativity approaches me so fast with every now and then. I feel i am not well inside. I try to hide all these factor from my family but this is increasing day by day. I cannot focus. I am dying every moment. I am unable to live my life to fullest. I feel crying. I am scared. Please help me genuinely

Hi I can't say what is my problem I am totally confuse I can't make any decisions sometime I don't want to give pain to anyone but I do I am too short tempered I don't know what to do I am feeling very weakness in my body my mind is totally disturbed

Today all the doctors and medical fraternity seems clueless as to what is the root cause of essential hypertension. All the tst results and other heart function tests remain normal still some people have higher than normal BP. This question has puzzled me since years. Can someone throw some light on any research or findings in this regard. I believe that it is due to overactive sns. But could not find any real cure for it. Any help in this regard would b invaluable to me. Thanks

My wife gets agitated very easily even on very small trivial thing. She has self harm and suicidal tendency if things do not happen according to her way.She interprets the the thing said in some other way and will then start uttering bad words in loud voice. sometimes it becomes nearly impossible to handle her. she wants to be respected and loved but won't reciprocate the same.She is definitely suffering from borderline personality disorder. I don't know whom to consult. Please suggest me some good psychiatrist who can really take care of her and transform her into nice normal loving lady because she is not bad from heart that i know for sure.
