Kai saalo se ptsd , panic aur anxiety hai mujhe.. abhi condition bahut worst ho gyi hai, kai drs ko dekhaya koi relief nhi, mujhe proper councelling chahiye, without medicine kya mai thik ho sakti..har waqt lagta sar mai kuch ho rha aur hath pair weak ho jate aur normal nhi ho pa rhi kai ghanto..don't know kya ho rha

Can we switch again to propanal sustain release tablet first i am taking 10 mg propanal and than started twice a day but it not benefit as soon as effects goes off pulse rate increase so can we switch propanal sustain release 20 mg from immediate release and is there will any side effects or not from switching immediately release to sustain release tablet

For the last 3–4 years, I dealt with a lot of stress and anxiety that I kept suppressing. Now it feels like it’s turned into OCD-type symptoms — needing order, washing my hands more than normal, feeling untidy easily & constantly wanting to clean. My mind feels restless. I also go into fight-or-flight over small things, blush for no reason, my heart races, and I feel hyper-vigilant. I need practical ways to handle all of this. I want to know if this is connected to my past anxiety and, more importantly, what practical steps I can take to manage it. I’m not looking for root causes. Also, if certain traits are hereditary, can that be managed? Or it's permanent? TIA.

I'm taking bupron xl 150 mg for one month but now my doctor has prescribed me nexito 5 mg with it. I've seen some side effects of on memory , concentration and other things. I'm thinking if I should take it or not. There are any substitute for it that doesn't do that.

The person i love is marrying someone else under his parents pressure and he doesn't wanna go through with it, and seeing him unhappy is making me feel bad now. My (male) heamoglobin level is 12.6gm but the healthy range is 13-18gm. Is it alarming or I need little bit improvement?

My sister was admitted in a government hospital psychiatry ward 10 years ago for around 20 days. They said they tried their best but her condition was not improving, so they told us to take her home and continue OPD visits. My father took her for OPD for around 6 months, then stopped. He also threw away all her old medical documents. Now I want to take her to a private psychiatrist. Since we have no papers, will the doctor start medicines again from the beginning with basic/generic medicines, or will they prescribe newer and stronger ones? Obviously it is difficult for anyone to say without seeing the patient, but I want to know what is more likely — starting generic or giving newer/stronger medicines?

Hi i am facing a hypertension problem doctor prescribed me mirtaz 7.5 mg with tryptomer 75 and zolfresh 5 mg due to persistent sleep disturbances my bp reading 140/100 taking all medicine i add ciledge 10mg+ramistar 1.5mg still blood pressure not control so now 130/90 so i decided to reduce to 50mg tryptomer because I am afraid of stroke i can sleep calmly after taking 75 mg. Is there any alternate medication is not requested by me

1. I was taken panazep 25 from last 3 month regularly can i switch into  Depixon 25 CR (leeford company) 2. Can i take epitril 0.5 (clonazepam 0.5 ) on SOS basis only . 3. From last 8 years With these medicine i also take betacap 20 mg regularly. 4. I want  to minimize medicine dependency so i only want to take paroxetine and propranolol only clonazepam on SOS basis only.  5. Please advice thank you
