I have a constant thought in the back of my mind that I don't deserve happiness. That I might end up having a terminal illness. Why is it so? Do I need help?

I can't sleep properly whenever i sleep i see bad dreams related to my friends and talk during sleep i often talk to those person in sleep whom i love so much but don't say anything i generally hide my feelings. i don't reveal my wishes i don't do anything new and good in my life. i mostly have headache and can't focus on my studies.

Hello i am in to depression and i am taking antidepressants as well followed by a doctor though i am not able to b that fine.. I still feel the same loner types negative thoughts weird nightmares

Hi, I am suffering from depression. I am  taking medicine since 3 years. At starting , doctor prescribed me sleeping pills, but now only two antidepressants are taking. Is any bad impact on my health? Doctor said me , they prescribe me till 2018. I searched that I have too much bad effects on body.then what will I do?

Is stress or anixety disorder can cause the heart attack ? I have alread diognised ECG , echo or tmt but report is normal and checked by cardiologist said care of anixety & stress.

My mother is suffring from manic episode. We had recognaised it earlyer,medications were given but at a certain level of time she stoped having the medication saying that she is all right. V also realised changes in her. But now again she is showing the same symptoms as before. It was found that her father was also the same like her. I dont know which doctor to concern and how long will the medications will run. Its effect are really painfull. Can i plz get some suggetions? Will it have an end? Can it be cured completely?

I get bouts of depression and suicidal tendencies on occasion. My state of mind is becoming dependent on how people are around me. Whom should I consult?
