Symtomps Dependent personality disorder.

I have all the symptoms of Dependent Personality Disorder. I have/had a guy in my life whom I love. So, naturally I consult him in almost all the decisions that I take. But nowadays we are kind of drifted apart dur to various reasons. And I simply can't let him go and I can't function properly. I feel very heavy inside my head. Something burdens me a lot. Naturally, I am not happy. The only thing that can make me happy is talking to him or imagining a situation where he his with me. I have started my career just now and this is impacting my career a lot. I have lost my focus and I don't have any goals in my life currently. I have become co-defendant on him. Someone please help me. I just want to come out of this thing as soon as possible. I am ready to take therapy or meet psychologist.
