Since 2 years am suffering from anxiety feeling that i will die with an heart attack I had all my test done and all reports are normal.I took medicine from a psychiatrist eltilaam 0.25 & zosart 50 for 2 months and stopped on dr advise but i sometimes still get the same feeling again. I dont want to take allopatic medicine. I want to try homeopathy or ayurvedic medicine.

Hello doctor , i am suffering from predominent obsession type ocd that means i have more obsessive thoughts and less compulsion ,as it is not the classic type ocd. I afraid that if my doctor diagnosed me wrong ?then ? So i always write here at practo so that great doctors can give their advice . My psychiatrist prescribed me nexito, buproprion, fluvoxamine,ozep, risperidone, clomipramine till today & i gave good result with nexito 30 mg . Besides this tab i gave partial improvement. My doctor want to add some other medication with nexito 30mg ( as it is highest recommended dose ).so what would u suggest ? I dont want sedating medication first and i am skinny also so i dont want any medication that loss my weight. I am a student and i just want to study but bcz of unnecessary thoughts i am unable to study so plz help me . What will be yr strategy with these kind of patients ? Should we go with 40 mg of nexito (off label ),or plz name any medication with nexito .

Crazy good thoughts always go on mind. I think height of beyond any means. As a result i smile in alone anywhere. I like driving bike etc. Any suggestions will give me a help living a good and practical life.

My mood has been extremely low and I've been very irrational, due to this, I've forgotten to take my 400mg daily Quetiapine for about 10 days now. I don't know if I can just start taking it again or if I'd need to build back up to my dose. I'm too embarrassed to tell my psychiatrist or my GP.

I cant stand a cockroach, i freak out when i see them, i kill all the small so that it does not become big cockroaches one day. I disturb everyone around me when i see one of them...i want it killed..it is ruining me

For last 7 months continously in negative thinking,Worrying,Regrets,Lonlieness low self esteem and worrying about past mistakes loose my weight always anxious and stressed.
