My daughter is of 12 years of age. A few days back (15 days) she has developed a fear phobia which has stuck in her brain for that she is not having a peaceful sleep at night, talking to herself and there is no cheerfulness in her mind. She has not also disclosed the fear factor to us. We are have a great concern towards this development. Kindly let us know what are the actions or treatment to be undertaken to get rid of this fear factor.

Ma brother is a teen. Who is growing furious day by day with lots of anger. Very impatient. Loud. Disrespectfull towards parents and siblings. Poor interest on studies. Loves only dance. Friends are far more important den parents. Breaks things out of anger. Lier.Very much accident prone,almost 2 accidents a year. We are helpless. Need really genuine help bcoz everything is going towards worst now. What should we do?

Hello I usually work full time and have been on maternity leave since last November, I suffer from bpd and I am under my local mental health team. Since having my baby and being on maternity leave I have become very comfortable within my surroundings and I get very anxious at even the thought of going out, when going out I have to ask a family member to come along with me otherwise I can't go because my anxiety gets very bad, I have got an appointment with my psychiatrist on the 11th but I feel I am unable to go back to work even the thought of it makes me panic, any advice? Actually tomorrow will be my paper. I know I'm Lil bit scared still I don't have this type of experience upto now so could you please tell y I'm shivering and getting unusual periods. This only because of stress or something serious.?

I m a medical student. i hav a serious problem of mood swing. Two days i study perfectly owsn nd the next 3 days full of depression,sadnees ,emptyness. I am taking moodalert as prescribed by doctor. I hav no control on my anger. over thnking excessive day dreaming lack of concentration. Pls help

I am unable to sit for studies,doing my 6th sem in Engineering.plz help.Consulted a doc earlier n taking tabs prescribed by him.but not happy with d doc.Buspin 5mg n venlorxr 75 mg. I am guided my parents.feel low.Going to gym as I am overweight. Can't concentrate.Scored well in my school days. Plz suggest a gud doc n tell me if I am taking d perfect medicine.

I have low self-esteem, my mood changes fast , eating problems, feels money with people too, have family problems , depression, anxiety, stress. Etc.

I am faced negative thoughts since last year it is disturbing my studies.i t is comes from my degree education,,i am leaving one subject as elective,,now im faced that is there any problem with it,iam over think about it so now I'm unable to concentrate my education please help to bright future,, thank you
