I have problem with sleeploss from few days and irrilivant dreams in that small sleeping time of 4-5hrs but not able sleep at night

Since last 5 years i am facing lack of concentration & memory....mostly short term memory loss and sometimes long term memory loss too. my brain has also started processing slow. loss of confidence...anxiety...depression...negative thoughts....too much thinking...don't know what to do next... Mentally not organized when doing a task...jumping between the tasks...leaving them incomplete...lack of multi tasking.... Is this a case going to a Psychiatrist?

I'm 19 years old, male. My Vitamin B12 has been at a level of around 180 ngm/l for the last 6-7 months and Vitamin D at 8.3. I was having severe headaches, body pain, loss of cognitive skills and unexplained fatigue. Only after 7 months have I started medications for Vitamin B12 and D. What is the probability that my neurons have suffered permanent damage?

After breakup and the contsan t problem in my relatioship. which is a result of the fact that i am fat since childhood. its all suffocating to me.living like a robot.

I feel like my brain never sleeps n keeps remembering past events while try to sleep at night.I want good sleep so that my work at my office may not suffer.I work as an officer in the education department in national capital region of Delhi .My nature of job is to manage different kinds of schools management which needs a cold peaceful mind.

I am suffering from anexiety and depression which further leads to digestive problems nausea and sometimes vomitting and i am unable to have food due to feeling of vomitting and even i try myself to eat a forceful vomitting occurs instantly. I tried meditation too but it was unhelpful. This conditions.

I have been having headache on left side only....and whole body is in pain its also on left side....right side of chest is paining....can't sleep in night properly...so much thoughts in head moves in night....don't want to talk to anyone..but one person I want to talk but can't talk...felling so hopeless, helpless..., alone, sad! Not overcoming from some things and thoughts! I don't know what is this...feels angry sometimes a lot on small things...I want to speak but can't! Want to stay alone a lot...! Dont feel to do anything.....Help me to understand...or else I need some treatment or not? Please

Have been suffering from chronic Anxiety Disorder, Stress, Insomnia, Often Panic attack & Unknown fear,Nervous agitation, Restlessness etc for last nearly 2 years.
