5 years or more he has been suffering from mental health. Initially he had anxiety, tinnitus, hallucination, agressiveness, loss memory, slured speech, low voice, unsocialise, he does not trust anyone. He can read n write but words r meaningless

I hope the medication he is on has been prescribed by a psychiatrist. If not, pls do visit one for proper diagnosis of his condition and proper medication. Counseling along with medication has proven to work wonders. You may want to consider taking him to a counsellor once he has seen a psychiatrist.
