I am suffring from detached from world from past some months after withdrawl of medicene stalopam 10 . I m feeling very weak and i have loss too much weight

Morning anxiety, feeling the need to throw up, heavy chest. Sometimes anxiety stays whole day..

Recently My 6 years of relationship has ended from then I am facing constant headache and low fever constantly and facing back pain and neck pain and also able to eat and when I'm trying to sleep everything gets running into my mind and I am not able to take deep and tension free sleep I am just literally begging my ex to be with me so that everything gets fine but she didn't wanted to stay and this also makes me more frustrated and I am feeling very less confident about everything and cannot focus on anything only thinking about everything which happened in the past and it makes me feel very low and always feeling like crying and my situation is getting worse every day sometimes i feel i can overcome this situation and after some time i feel i cannot bear this situation. Please help me in this regard because my mental and physical health is affecting very badly.

I m a well educated female in early 30s. Not able to find a suitable match and this is leading to cause problems with my parents. I tried to compromise a lot also in order to find a match but it just isn't working out. I m a very social person and intelligent but due to dark complexion people reject me. I do not want to live. I have tried all the things to deviate my mind such as meditation, exercise etc etc but not able to find a permanent solution. Is it not okay to remain single?

My grandmom is suffering from Alzeimer's disease since last year. She also have diabetes. One day when she was sleeping,she suffered from hypoglycaemia & get unconscious while sleeping. Because of that she also suffered hyponatremia which leads her to coma for 1 day. Now her levels are okay but she is too weak & unable to speak anything. You can say it is hyper anxiety or depression. She can't eat anything by will so we use rice tube.

I regret about it but still im telling you 3 days ago i smoked weed Im not a regular smoker And its been 3 days im still felling High What can i do My head is paining Everything does not seems real to me Please help me In getting out of this hangover And yes I will not smoke weed again Please help
