Feeling tired all time as a rest less body and muscle pain all time (Back pain & legs pain)

Having Involuntary Images and Imagining bad things grasping power has reduced , having sounds which are not real which are hallucinations .

Hi, it is started in March 2016. i was feeling changes in my nature. i was feeling i have special power in me. i was feeling i am the god. full of energy, full of confidence. i can do anything. those period i drink heavily too. then suddenly in january 2017 i felt down with back pain (nash chadna) it took me 2 months to recover. in that period i was just lying on bed. after that i feel just opposite in my mood and nature. all depression symptoms. till now i am suffering for the same. help

So sir please tell me colontril and nexito 10 mg combination right for me this drugs I have used before four years that was time i have stopped and felling well but after my treatment i will start smoking marajuana continuously and drugs tramadol hydrochloride with cannabis and tobacco but now I have stopped suddenly and dr suggest Colontril nexito

I have been facing more problem against sleeping.I always feels like want to be sleep.By the way i completed a good sleep of 7-8 hours but after this i feels like a haven't completed my sleep.Please recommend me to cure from this.

I hear voices and feel depressed all the time. Depression attacks are also common.
