My daughter is diagnosed with HFA as is intelligent and do her work by her self..main problem is she facing in school as she has limited communication my dr.has prescribed her one Brain wise syrup and Ristop-plus medicine do they hav any side effects if yes wat should we do as she is 8years old ...tablet to be given 1/2 at night but she is luking very sleepy in morning ..will it affect her other activities as well pls help...

I used to be scared for one or the other reason and get up with a disturbed mind.

There are fee days when I am upset, fue to the happenings around me, due to the conditions i might be going through and due to the low confidence I observe most of the times for major of the tasks; but then there are 5hose times when I completely go out of the situation/surrounding/whatever I might be doing, and start feeling low. Happened so many times that I just wanted to cry, and did, but the feeling didn't go away. After few friends assuring that whatever happens, they will help me look after it, I somewhat felt better. But the cycle continues. And happens at any point. Not needed that happens regularly. The feeling was always there and it used to happen to me since past 2 to 3 years but now the frequency is increased and I have started crying out of no reason and for a longer time. Sometimes I think this is depression but can not come up with any conclusion and seeking for help to get over it.

I don't know what my problem. i'm single girl in my home. i have no siblings, but when i go to college i meet an person named Amirtharaj. Coincidently we both are fell into relationship,brother and sister. I'm his elder sister, he is my younger brother. I taught that he is my everything. before four years i live for me only, but now he say lots of lies. I can't able to forgot those, & also i feel hope less to live. pls help me

I have these symptoms wherein i get breathless tingling in hands palpitations dry mouth chest heaviness i start crying for no reason and this usually occurs after some emotional stress or nervousness about something.

I am unaware what is wrong with me. I stay here in a pg away from my family. During the day I find myself fine when I am in office with people. But when i go back to the pg, i prefer being alone. I dont feel like talking, eating or doing anything. I constantly feel that I should just die. Its been 5 yrs iam struggling hard to find happiness and it seems i shoud give up now.
