Last 6 year I am suffering OCD I am bathing at least 3 hours and wash my hand again and again

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety during an eating disorder incident about ten years ago. I have not received much help as an adult (I'm almost 25), and I never feel good. I've tried counseling three times in four years, and can't get past the intake session. It's hard for me to book appointments, I always cancel. I'm suffering memory loss, bathing multiple times in hours from forgetting and putting things in odd places. How can I get help?

Hi I am a working professional and I am getting mild to severe headaches on left part of my head since last 3-4 days while reading something on laptop or sitting for too long. The headache starts right from the morning when I wake up and gets more prominent as the day passes. I thought it could be lack of sleep or some stress but this doesn't seem to Go off even with 8-10 hrs of sleep. I wear spects but this hasn't happened to me earlier. What could be the reason and how can I cure it? Please help

My sis started to suffer from hysterical attacks since 2010. We come from lower middle clss. She has taken stress after her 12th n fell sick. She has gone through these rounds of convulsions attacks n erratic behavior around 4 times in the last 6 yrs. We are currently consulting rml hospital delhi. The thing is they says she will get better over the time only. And they just give medicine. But the effect of medicines is not doing major good to her phsyclgical health n is deteriorating

Hi I am giving brain wave syrup and Ristop-plus but we hardly know abt these medicine pls tell me how they'll affect my hyper and mild autistic daughter . I am giving 1/2 tablet at night but it is causing lot of drowsiness in her can we reduce the doses to 1/4 as ppl say that by giving these medicine ur daughter will become dull and sleepy will act as robote I am very confused weather I should give her or not

Im not able to sleep t night i hardly sleep for 4 hours, because of infection sleep i always suffer from headache and gain weight

I was taking Daxid 100mg and Lonazep 0.5mg from 6 years for anxiety treatment and gradually tapered the medicine and Nw am not taking any tablets. Even then am feeling drowsiness all the time even during day time.
