I can't control my thoughts anxiety goes supreme over me. Sudden sweating and feeling of being failed in future and many more during studies

All took my doxepin 2 hours ago can I take a Xanax? I feel like I am getting ready to have a panic attack.

I am suffering from OSA problem with depression since 17 years but osa has recently diqgonisd about 2 month ago,Most of antidepressant not work for me,gives sadetion or extra sweating or more constipation,sir could you suggest any Good antidepressant for me to avoid above side effects.i have use fluxetine,e citelopram,Dothaipen,sertaline but problem in legs restlessness,paroxetine lot of constipation, I feel fear in night from Darkness like ghost or something else.

I get suicidal thoughts. I am fine and doing better. I don't know why I feel low and I get suicidal thoughts. I have lot to write here but not able to. My eyes are getting filled with tears.

I suffered from a break up recently and our relationship was 6 years old and suddenly she told that she likes other boy and also told that our face color does not match and though my color is dull and she is fare. I had been diagnosed with chronic depression a few months ago, and I've probably had it for much longer than that. Recently, I've started feeling more depressed than ever, which comes along with fits on aggression, my actions are extremely impulsive, I feel detached from other people (not wanting to talk at all), and I'm always irritable. There are times when I'm on cloud nine but the other times I'm very sad, there's no in-between. I feel im toxic to people since I have some disturbing thoughts
