I'm 33 years old it doesn't make a difference what time I got to bed at I keep waking up between 3 and 4am then cant get to sleep again. I suffer from anxiety and depression also, what help is available to help with this?

Am married for 2 years and living happily with husband. But Small small  things and actions  Leads to negative thinking. Most of the time in bad mood.. Anger , irritated and overthinking. Can not sleep on time in night , leads to negative thoughts and crying. But when I sleep it's get tough to get up on morning Takes much time to get up from bed. All this doesn't happen during office hours, quite happy , proactive during office hours .

I am suffering from anxiety disorder since last 2.5 months . I am worried as I am taking medicines such as nexito, Etizola and Cobacon forte from 2.5 months. Can they affect any of my other organ like liver, kidney and heart. During anxiety I feel I will have heart attack. Can I get heart attack, my cholesterol level, ecg, and chest x-ray all reports are normal. I want to know can I have heart attack or it's all in my mind that is playing with me.

I am a typical case of depression, alcoholism, in the beginning may be OCD but now bipolar and OCD. Tried every kind of treatment with various psychiatrists, long meditation practice like 10 day course of vipassana, but couldn't stay on anything for long and finally a mixer of all

Me and my girlfriend are together from past 8 years. She was always possessive and I tried to take care of this situation always . But now I am not able to handle it. On my birthday one of my college wished me happy birthday and I said thanks using her pet name. She got frustrated with this also and we had a fight . Whole day was ruined. I am not feeling to continue with her anymore.

My mom is not able to speak or understand anything. She is admitted in a hospital in Patna and I have report of her CT scan, etc. Need to consult someone who can suggest better options of medication.

Kindly suggest all possible diagnosis I need to undergo so that it can be cured. I dont wanna waste time as I have my paper (CAT) next to next month. I have already shown up to an opthalmologist and a general physician.

Hi, I am 40 years old working in an MNC suffering from depression due to unhealthy work enviornment. Seniors and co-workers are using abusive words and misbehaving. I have signed 18 months of SLA. If i will leave then have to pay 1.5 lakh. Facing discrimination due to caste and color. Kindly assist how it will effect my personal life and health. Thank you.

Continution of previous question. As my mother mentally condition becoming worse and bad day by day what shall I do I am his elder son. No one nobody wants to keep her Along with them. Her mother, brothers, sisters, daughter, youngest son. My father already divorce her long back and now I am the eldest son she is staying along with me. Long back she Consult to a pychitrist and doctor gave him medicine shalcal M and delantin she is taking the medicine for very long period. But now I think the medicine which she was taking for so long time is not working on her properly. Daily in the morning, afternoon and night she is starting fighting or try to arguing with me.
