I just need to get a doctors note saying that my dog is used for a emotional support dog for my depression and anxiety

CT SCAN of brain for my 70 year old father says: Acute nonhemorrhagic infarct in left parietal perivertricular white region, in territory of left MCA. We are showing to a good Neurologist. Wanted to take the second opinion. Dr has prescribed 15 days medication. Is that sufficient in such cases.

I have been suffering from lack of interest in almost all the activities which use to be the interesting and favourite activities before . I like to be alone now a days by just sitting simply and doing nothing. Also have trouble concentrating while studying and in classes. I loose interest very soon while studying. I also have excessive sleepiness that i cant get up in the morning. I do get headche few times if i sleep for more tgan 10hrs and if dont sleep 10hrs then i will be drowsy all day

I am pratibha's husband, I take 2 times appointment but I have not come with my wife. she is much egoist. she is not support to me in any work. every time she is in anger and taunting to every family member, by this behavior every member make distance. she is fasting much days and in angry she is always lying on bed and not doing any work. when I am scolding some time work and some time not work. I purchase food from market on that day, it is not so good. I want to meet with you.

I am undergoing mdrtb treatment for last 19 months. I have been taking 11 pills daily . For almost 1 year in past I have been experiencing memory problems , anxiety ,fatigue , headaches , confusion etc . Last year the drug named cycloserine was stopped due to psychiatric side effects and another drug called PAS was started. Inspite of that I am experiencing the above symptoms. Can other drugs also cause such side effects .if yes will these symptoms go away after completion of treatment?

My father is a very honest, innocent person who does his job with complete sincerity. The problem started few year back when he started to say evry morning that I don't want to go office, I'm not feeling well, i feel scared, I'll loose my job and these kind of things. It became a daily morning problem and when we asked him to take a leave then also whole day he was restless. This happened for 1-2 months and then he behaved normal. Again same thing happened next year and same he's doing now. He wakes up early in the morning and starts crying and says he doesn't likes anything, my mood is disturbed and all. We forcefully send him to office counselling him every morning but it's the same case next morning. Kindly suggest us what to do as this is a problem for him and for whole family. Everyone becomes disturbed seeing him in this state.

I am having anxiety since last 6-7 months..from the past one month its all been getting worse.. Feel like not going anywhere not talking to anyone.. I am preparong for competition exam.. So I quit my job to concentrate on it about 6 months ago.. I am doimg average in it now.. But I want better results.. And with all these moods it doesnt seem possible.. Health is also going down..

I have taken cloril clonazepam0.5 mg 10 tablets,but recommend by Dr as half in morning nd 1 tablet at night,but I have taken 10 tablets together, now what to do
