Thought broadcast is a a symptom of schizophrenia wherein the patient believes that what he is thinking is being told to other people without the patient wanting to through a unknown or known (tv/mobile etc) medium. Telepathy is the transmission of information from one person to another without sensory channels. There is no scientific evidence that it exists.
