Both are different .
Although both are from atypical antidepressant class but their mechanism of action is different

not all people taking these medicine suffer from side effect . very very few people suffer from this side effect
some time sexual side effect is a bliss
Delayed ejaculation is one of the side effect of paroxetine ... and it is good for people suffering from premature ejaculation
side effects can be prevented / managed. one should not worry about it because your doctor ll take care of it
