Paroxetine vs mirtazapine
I read a comparison study of different ssri's which show that paroxetine has the lowest risk of hair fall. WhILe on another place I read that mirtazapine has lowest risk of hair loss. SO please tell me which one is safer for hair loss.

Mirtazapine is a safer molecule but again, paroxetine also has its advantages
