My sleep cycle has changed for over a month now. For more than an year, I used to sleep around 11-12 at nyt and wake up at 6:30 am. But now I m unable to sleep at nyt and dt is why I sleep during the day time. One day I tried to resist myself from sleeping during day time so that i can sleep during nyt time. But I had slept fr an hour before somebody woke me up and then I couldn't sleep the whole night. Pls help me to change this sleep schedule so that I can sleep at nyt and work during day time

Your sleep cycle has been disturbed due to work pressure and stress. Try to follow the following tips to correct your sleep clock.
1. Initially schedule your entire day. Which will not let you sleep during day time.
2. Do some exercises,morning walk and start your day.
3. Expose to good and bright natural sunlight , fresh air with lot of oxygen, drink plenty of water and keep your self detox
4. At night dim the lights and maintain dark at your sleeping area.
5. Room should be free from sounds, any kind of lights poking your eyes.
6. Have dinner atleast 2hours before going to bed and a cup of warm milk 1/2 an hour before sleep. Buttermilk milk work wonder in inducing sleep.
7. Try not to stress yourself and be relaxed with out rushing to bed.
8. Remove negative thought of "not getting sleep" from your mind and try to be positive.
9. Yoga and meditation will help you
10. Avoid coffee or tea later noon
11. Keep all your gadgets away
12. Last but not the least keep your mobile outside the room :)
